HYDRAULIC INJECTION DRILLING RIG WWH-5
The WWH-5 drilling rig is designed for both directional and conventional rotary drilling.
The machine is intended for geological exploration drilling as well as for drilling drainage, degasification, technical, and advance holes in rocks of varying hardness.
The rig’s design allows cooperation with commonly used drill pipes and downhole motors with a diameter of up to 2 ¾ inches (≈70 mm). The hydraulic frame enables drilling at angles of ±90°. The drilling rig is hydraulically driven and powered by hydraulic oil supplied from a power unit, while the downhole motor is powered by a dedicated water pump. All components of the set are manufactured at OMAG. The WWH-5 offers drilling speeds of up to 1,200 rpm and a maximum torque of up to 2,300 Nm.
